Sabrina Jeffery
BAppSc (Sport&ExSc), BSc (Hons) (Psych), MPsych (Sport&Ex)
Sabrina’s enthusiasm for helping others reach their potential is reflected through her work as a Performance Psychologist (Performance & Wellbeing). Following completion of her BA in Sport and Exercise Science in 2013, Sabrina became fascinated by the psychology of performance and went on to complete her Master’s degree in Sport and Exercise Psychology.
Sabrina has worked as a psychologist in a variety of capacities, such as Headspace, Strikers Football Club, Queensland Ballet, Sport Psych QLD and private practice. She is currently the Lead Performance Psychologist for BMX Freestyle and Skateboarding at Queensland Academy of Sport, and works 2 days a week as a Wellbeing Psychologist at Veteran Health Association. Her journey as a psychologist gave her valuable insight and tools to create a life that reflected more of what mattered most to her, and she loves working with others to do the same.
Sabrina takes a collaborative and open approach to sessions and is passionate about the benefits of holistic care for improved well-being and mental health. She primarily uses Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) in her practice and integrates elements of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Schema Mode Therapy, Neuropsychology, and Mindfulness into her sessions.
At Insight, we believe parents are a key part of the learning journey for our younger clients; therefore, Sabrina seeks to engage parents in sessions when appropriate.
Whether achieving in business, excelling in your sport, or finding your true self, Sabrina can work with you to build the skills and insight you need to close the gap between where you are and where you want to be.

Steph has been a yoga teacher since 2017 and a regular yoga practitioner for over a decade. She is committed to growth and transformation, and yoga has been instrumental to her own wellness journey. Steph went from city life in Washington, D.C., to over four years (and counting!) of traveling and teaching. A combination of therapy and yoga helped her envision and build the life she wanted, and she enjoys helping others identify and take action toward whatever they want more of in their lives.
Steph is a knowledgeable and talented teacher, who is passionate about the healing benefits of this ancient spiritual practice from India. She brings warmth and energy to her yoga sessions and is enthusiastic about supporting others in establishing a daily practice that moves them towards increased fitness, mindfulness, and emotional regulation.
Unique to Steph's teaching is her background in Ashtanga yoga and the Chinese Taoist practices of yin yoga, which she draws upon to encourage her clients to transcend the physical experience and gain insight, mental clarity, and emotional release.
With Steph by your side, you can explore postures (asana), breath work (pranayama), meditation, and philosophy to encourage balance, build strength and flexibility, and improve your wellbeing both on and off the mat.
