This is designated for individuals to process and explore their thoughts. Meetings are typically biweekly or monthly, depending on your needs.
Mindset Coaching
This time will be spent evaluating your values, aspirations, and challenges. Sessions help you develop a plan to achieve personal and/or professional goals and live a more fulfilling and meaningful life.
This does not include talk therapy.
Nutrition Plans + Support
In an initial consult we establish your health and nutrition goals and perform an extensive personalised nutrition assessment. Together, we will put strategies in place and develop an individual nutrition and lifestyle plan that works for you.
A review consult is ideal if you need a little extra support and accountability. In this session we can overcome obstacles that are preventing progress towards your final goals.

Yoga for Well-being
Yoga sessions involve movement, meditation, mantra, and breathwork to support various physical, mental, and emotional conditions.
Meditation Exploration
Meditation sessions available for all levels. Sessions begin with gentle movement and breathing techniques to prepare the body for meditation and/or to access a deeper meditative state. A variety of styles can be explored. Sessions are tailored to support your needs.
