Meditation Exploration with Steph!
Are you new to meditation? Are you an experienced meditator looking to reinvigorate your practice? Are you curious about different approaches and techniques to deepen your practice? Then this “Meditation Exploration” course is for you. Check out @shemustwander on instagram for yoga-based practices and life coach offerings.

From following the breath and mantra to visualisation of loving kindness to a few more surprises, join me for this exploration of meditation and experience for yourself the benefits of a body that is physically prepared to meditate and a mind that feels clear and focused.

As your guide, i’ll take you through gentle movement and breath techniques at the beginning of each class to support relaxation and help you to access the meditative state. Then we will move into exploration of a new approach so that you can:
Find the approach that fits best for you.
Refresh your toolkit of techniques
Take you out of your comfort zone so you can experience breakthroughs
Yoga science tells us that it takes 40 days to make a permanent change. This course is literally designed to help you get hooked on meditation. If you commit to the practice everyday for a 6-week duration of the course, you WILL observe a difference, and I cannot wait to see what this looks like for each of you!
